An Inconvenient Sleuth - an environmental murder mystery
Location: Indoors - Duration: 2½ hours - Participation: For groups of between 6 to 100 people
Investigations are headed up by Detective Inspector (D.I.) AL Tone, who, with your help, will put the finger on the murderer and will not let him (or her) off the hook. Our Inconvenient Sleuth is an engaging chap who leaves your ears ringing. In case of emergency, make sure you have a DIAL TONE!
Event Overview
Teams solve this interactive who-dunnit by unravelling written puzzles, observing "murderous" scenes and interrogating suspects in a comedy murder mystery challenge. It'll be up to you to play detective and choose your clues carefully. BEWARE: following the ‘green’ issues might lead you up the pesticide-free garden path. Teambuilding, communication, personal opinion and decision-making are all called upon to catch the killer before it's too late for all of us! All aided by DI AL Tone, your event host: An Inconvenient Sleuth!
Some of the Heinous, Dastardly Activities include:
Written Clues
Guests will be posed a series of testing questions and puzzles to solve the who-dunnit. These puzzles will prove an insight into their knowledge of ‘green’ issues such as sustainability, climate change and recycling.
Interrogation
Every good detective should be able to tell when someone is lying to them... But how good are you in practice? It’s time to turn up (or should that be down) the heat and demand an emission of guilt! As part of the investigation you'll need to keep your wits about you as anything can happen when suspects go under pressure!
Murderous Intent
What contributes to the end disaster? Let's see in a series of performed scenes witnessed by guests in order to challenge their pre-conceived ideas, memory and knowledge as we lead you through the keyhole to what the butler saw.
